It’s fair to say that beer has long been seen as a man’s drink. Advertising has typically sold mainstream beer
not only as a beverage for the boys, but as something that makes men extra manly. “Drink our beer and be
the coolest guy in the club/the dude with the most friends/the best braaier/the guy who gets the girl.” But
beer is changing, and so is its audience.
